By downloading any free or chargeable products advertised herein, or browsing this web site (www.tickboxer.com) for any of our information, courses, services or products created by Tick Boxer Pty Ltd; you agree that you are bound to the terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice at any time at Tick Boxer’s sole discretion. (The terms and conditions are listed on the website and can be viewed prior to any purchase and again at time of product purchase). By visiting, accessing or otherwise using this web site after a change has been posted to the site, the customer accepts that change. Customers should check these terms and conditions each time they visit. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal contract between you and Tick Boxer Pty Ltd. (References to "you" or "your" shall relate to a Customer of Tick Boxer). By visiting, browsing, shopping, purchasing products, booking, accessing or otherwise using the site or the services or courses we offer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, do not use this web site or Tick Boxer’s offered services or products.
Right to Refuse Services:
For the benefit of all of our customers and the right to preserve the intellectual property rights of our material, Tick Boxer reserves the right to refuse anyone from making a purchase from the Tick Boxer website. This also applies to re-distribution of a previously purchased tool if requested by a returning customer. Tick Boxer will provide a reason as to why the re-supply might be refused, such as if there is a concern regarding breach of copyright of materials. Further explanation of copyright breaches can be referred to in the Terms and Conditions available on the website.
Delivery Policy for Templates and Tools:
Full payment of the tool or template must be received via our secure online payment gateway prior to the electronic delivery of the template. Once payment has been received, the customer will be sent a URL link to retrieve the desired template. The template will be stored in their ‘Member” area and will be available for 24 hours to collect and take delivery of the template or tool. All templates and tools are provided in Microsoft office compliant software and include MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint – as well as other alternative formats such as PDF, KeyNote and other industry compliant programs. Once the template or tool is downloaded by the customer, our records are updated and a record of purchase is kept in case the customer wishes to request that tool at a later date. Once requested, Tick Boxer will verify the request and either send a new URL link making the template or tool available or reject the request providing a reason why. Please see our previous paragraph on “Right to refuse services” for further explanation. At any stage, if a customer is experiencing problems on taking delivery of the template or tool, they can contact Tick Boxer support via our contact details help@tickboxer.com or our phone number listed on the website. Payment for templates and tools can be made via Mastercard, Bankcard or Visa. We do not accept methods of payment that are not online transactions such as personal cheques, postal money orders or cash.
Return Policy:
Since our company is offering intangible irrevocable goods we DO NOT issue refunds after the templates have been downloaded and delivered to the end user, who is responsible for understanding the terms and conditions upon purchasing from our site. However if a customer finds a functional error in a tool or template, they can contact us at help@tickboxer.com and we will rectify any errors and provide the corrected template or tool to the customer within 48 hours. The notification of error in relation to a Tick Boxer template or tool needs to be made by the customer within 2 weeks of receipt of the tool. Queries about how to use a particular tool can be directed to info@tickboxer.com or a submission to our FAQ section on our website can be made and posted up for general viewing. Tick Boxer will agree to answer a maximum of 2 queries on the tool within a 3 day working timeframe. Any further queries can be submitted and will be answered at Tick Boxer’s discretion. All tools and templates are delivered with guidelines and the template itself formulates the requirements a customer will need to populate. Tick Boxer reserves the right to post any template or tool related query on to the Tick Boxer website FAQ section so as to provide useful information for all future customers and users.
