Q. Can I add my logo and company branding to Tick Boxer templates?
A. Yes – all Tick Boxer template products are customisable, so you can add company logos and alter fonts and colours to reflect your branding and fit in with any other templates your company may use.
Q. Can I add things or delete things from my Tick Boxer template?
A. Yes – all our templates are customisable files, so you can adapt them to suit your specific business needs.
Q. Do I have to subscribe if I only want one tool?
A. You get access to a range of free tools on our Free Subscription, but if you want a tool that′s included in another subscription, just add it to your Cart, and you can pay for it as a one-off. It will be available to download when you go to My Documents.
Q. What should I do if I accidentally download the wrong template? Can I get a refund or swap?
A. If you download the wrong template, please contact Tick Boxer as soon as possible at help@tickboxer.com.au
Q. Does Tick Boxer offer discounts for bulk purchases?
A. If you are looking at making a bulk purchase of 20 items or more, please contact us at info@tickboxer.com.au and let us know what you’re after – we’ll see what we can do.

Q. Does the Agency Rates Report apply to countries other than Australia?
A. Not at this time – the report is for the Australian market – however we will be preparing similar reports for the UK and USA markets in the near future – keep an eye out.
Q. What software versions do I need to use Tick Boxer products?
A. Tick Boxer products are provided in Microsoft Office 2007 format for easy use in Excel, Word or PowerPoint. Q. How do I access my Tick Boxer template after I have paid for it?
A. Once you have paid for your items via our payment system, your template will be stored within your Member area on the Tick Boxer site for 24 hours. You will be emailed a link to this page, so you can login and download your purchase.
